PLYMOUTH Argyle climbed out of the relegation zone with a superb 2-1 victory over fellow struggles Doncaster at Home Park.

Rory Fallon grabbed the winner at 71 minutes when he beat vetern goalkeeper Neil Sullivan with a fine shot to the top left corner of the goal.

Alan Judge opened the scoring for the Pilgrims after being set up by Alan Gow at 26 minutes.

But Doncaster equalised just three minutes later when Dean Shiels beat Romain Larrieu with a strike that slid into the bottom right right corner.

The victory sees Argyle climb out of the drop zone at the expense of faltering Reading, behind Doncaster only on goal difference.
